RED WINE OF ALONSO Yerro 2008
During the harvest, the grape is preselected in the vineyard and through weekly tastings from September, deciding the optimal time for harvesting. Vintage made in small boxes of 12 kg and reach the winery goes through two sorting tables and goes to deposits by gravity.
Facilities include small stainless steel tanks of 100 hl, where the wine matures for 25 or 30 days. Once fermentation has completed, go to the new French oak barrels, where malolactic performed. The barrels are raised on its lees, and micro-oxygenation is applied bâtonnage.
