Red wine Oak Baden Numen 2011 is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes and belongs OJ Ribera del Duero.
The winery has 12 hectares of vineyard, nestled in Valbuena de Duero. Predominantly clayey soils, limestone and gravels. These soils are poor in organic matter which facilitates obtaining quality grapes.
The winemaker is Luis Carlos Niño, has inherited the family winemaking tradition Child-Toribio.
The preparation is performed in small volume tanks with natural yeast for oenological potential respect of each payment.
Red wine Oak Baden Numen 2011 has aged for 8 months in French oak barrels, 85% and 15% American oak.
Serve this wine at a temperature between 16 º and 18 º.
