Wine made exclusively from carefully selected Verdejo grapes from the older strains of this variety (pre-phylloxera 147 years) and manually harvested in our vineyards in La Seca. The floor is formed by poor land surface and subsurface boulders
clay and limestone, which promotes natural ventilation and drainage of the vineyards, wine providing organoleptic characteristics such as taste.

A wine that, besides being subjected to fermentation in French oak aging is performed on the lees for five months.
Limited production of 5,580 bottles aprox.al year.
Aging: 5 months in French oak barrels with lees, remaining in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Visual: Yellow gold with gold trim.
Nose: A well-integrated oak, with a reminder of fruit reminiscent of peaches and big ears.
Mouth: large, tasty, oily where the minerals, the barrel and a little residual sugar remained displayed well marked on the palate, leaving a very nice step in the mouth, very persistent.
Consumption and Conservation:
Temperature: between 8 º and 10 º C.
Storage temperature: 10 º and 20 º C, with a moisture content of 75 to 80% by avoiding abrupt changes in temperature, up to 2 years from the date of marketing.
Matching:
Serve in a bowl of ice with fish and seafood sauce, smoked sausage, foie, cheese, tortillas, cooked vegetables, rice and pasta.
