How do you pay for and receive your purchases?
Andotel.com sends your order by Urgent Mail through Tourline Express and Nacex. The payment can be done by transfer, payment on account, credit card or cash on delivery. The costumer only makes the payment when it arrives to its destination. A 3% is charged by the Courrier Company as a commission.

When do i receive my purchase?
Between 24 and 48 hours after receiving the order and the client has been contacted to confirm the order.
